Registered Nurse

RNs must have a two-year associate degree or a four-year bachelors degree in nursing. They must also be licensed by the state in which they practice.

Research Assistant

Research assistants work with research teams to collect data, run experiments, and compile results. They might also be responsible for writing research papers and giving presentations on their findings. A bachelors degree is usually required for this position, and preference is often given to candidates with a degree in a scientific or medical field. Research experience is also helpful.

Benefits Specialist Benefits Pastoral Center

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the Benefits Director in administering the various benefit programs offered to the 3,500+ current benefit eligible employees of the 400+ participating locations that participate in the Archdiocese of Boston Benefit Plans. Benefit plans for current employees include medical, prescription, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, and 401. The Benefits Specialist also assists in the administration of several voluntary benefit programs for the Pastoral Center and related locations, including FSA, supplemental life, and a vision plan. Finally, this position is also responsible for assisting with the administration of a frozen defined benefit pension plan. The position is primarily on-site at the Pastoral Center in Braintree, although remote work may be needed from time to time.
