Benefits Specialist Benefits Pastoral Center

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the Benefits Director in administering the various benefit programs offered to the 3,500+ current benefit eligible employees of the 400+ participating locations that participate in the Archdiocese of Boston Benefit Plans. Benefit plans for current employees include medical, prescription, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, and 401. The Benefits Specialist also assists in the administration of several voluntary benefit programs for the Pastoral Center and related locations, including FSA, supplemental life, and a vision plan. Finally, this position is also responsible for assisting with the administration of a frozen defined benefit pension plan. The position is primarily on-site at the Pastoral Center in Braintree, although remote work may be needed from time to time.
