Check Your Wellness Credit Balance
1. Go to the Aetna website.
2. Log in with your user ID and password. If you are not a registered user, you will need to sign up by using information on your Aetna member card.
3. Once you are logged in, select Health & Wellness from the menu
4. Scroll down to Wellness Tools and select Access Wellness
5. Next you will see the Incentive Reward Programs screen. Under Active Incentive Programs, choose your completed Go for the Gold program level for the current year. The Expired Incentive Programs section below will show your incentive rewards earned in previous years.
6. After clicking on your program level, you will then be directed to the program level page showing your wellness credit earned.

When you order by phone and an item isnt available, the representative will try to find an alternative item thats close to the one you want. When this happens and youve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately in different shipments because they may be from different locations. Alternative items may automatically be sent to you if an items availability changes after youve placed an order.

How Do I Access My Benefit
Qualifying members will have the $20 grocery allowance added to their Healthy Benefits Plus card to spend on groceries. This is in addition to your regular over-the-counter benefit.

- Have your bill handy when you add a utility providers information to the system for the first time as a payee.
- Then you can make a payment and review your payment history.
Note that you cannot use your debit card to directly pay the utility provider. Once youve submitted payment in one of these ways, you can contact the utility provider if you want to confirm that the payment was received. Payments take up to seven business days to be delivered.

When Will The Grocery Plus Benefit Be Available
Qualifying members in GA, NJ, and SC will receive a $20 allowance to use only on groceries between August 1st and September 30, 2021.
Qualifying members in AZ, GA, MS, NJ, PA, SC, TN, and TX will receive a Grocery Plus benefit beginning on October 1st, 2021. If you qualify, you will have the choice to use your Q4 quarterly allowance to purchase groceries and/or over-the-counter items with your Healthy Benefits Plus card. If you do not qualify for the Grocery Plus benefit, you may still use your allowance for OTC items.

Expanded Medicare Advantage Plans To Meet Diverse Needs
More than 3.2 million Medicare beneficiaries are currently enrolled in an Aetna Medicare Advantage plan, which often includes valuable benefits, such as prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, hearing and fitness.
