Once you select the topic below you will be able to enter your information on the next page and to attach your document for submission to the Employee Benefits Program. Medicare Part B Reimbursement
The City will reimburse retirees and their eligible dependents for Medicare Part B premiums paid, excluding any penalties. You must be receiving a City pension check and be enrolled as the contract holder for City health benefits in order to receive reimbursement for Part B premiums.
For most retirees, the refund is issued automatically by the Health Benefits Program. If you are currently receiving your pension check through Electronic Fund Transfer or direct deposit, your reimbursement will be deposited directly into your bank account. This will be separate from your pension payment. If you dont have EFT or direct deposit, you will receive a check in the mail in June.

There are several things that I like from using Leapfile. It provides its users the capability of sharing larger files that are secured and encrypted as well. Leapfile also gives users a single login platform for incoming an outgoing files with the same credentials used for file repository and file sharing options. Also allows the uploading of customized logos and default messages to give an unique look to the file exchange site and makes it an extension of the company. It can create multiple repositories for a broad variety of categories and also adding new folder structures for a better organization. Leapfile also secures users information by setting permission to the actual users of the platform. Exporting files from Excel spreadsheets is also possible for better viewing and managing. Medicare Part B reimbursements were issued in April 2022. Please check your bank account/statement .
If you already submitted your Medicare Part A & B card to the Health Benefits Program, this payment is automatic and you will receive it annually.

If you were enrolled in Medicare Part B effective after 2016, then you are already receiving the full payment and do not need to complete the Medicare Part B Differential Form.

As a result of funding provided by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, funds are being disbursed to all students enrolled this fall semester. Emails were sent on Friday with information about how to access this funding.
Following guidance by the Department of Education, grant amounts were primarily determined by a students program type and their Expected Family Contribution from the FAFSA. We understand that students have experienced a multitude of disruptions in the midst of this pandemic, including financial distress. We hope this funding can provide some small relief during this challenging time.
In addition to this federal grant, we also want to remind students whose financial circumstances have changed that a special circumstance application for financial aid is available on the Student Financial Services website. Changed circumstances may include, but are not limited to, job loss, reduction of income, change to household size, one-time sources of income, etc.
