So working over time on a 3rd shift means getting very little personal time. Heavy workloads, so you feel stressed and pressured to only at your work station and process. Hardly any training or guidance, you are left to figure a lot on your own, or watch slideshows and read powerpoints to learn.

More meetings or huddles, the lack of them due to COVID has made people feel isolated from each other. Those lunches are great too, when we get together “outside” of the work stations we get along pretty well. That feeling is very important to keep employees in the company.
